By accessing, browsing, taking quizzes, or registering a student account on the Quizeria platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Quizeria provides interactive learning assessments, study notes, a personal Mistake Vault for error tracking, and educational analytics to assist students and professionals in their learning journey.

Learners agree to use the Platform strictly for legitimate educational study, assessment practice, and knowledge building. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of questions, solution keys, or educational content.
- Attempting to manipulate, spoof, or tamper with quiz scoring endpoints or assessment timers.
- Sharing or transferring registered user credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Interfering with platform security, user rate limits, or network services.

All quiz content, question banks, diagnostic explanations, software code, design components, branding elements, and logos hosted on Quizeria are the exclusive property of Quizeria and its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access assessment material for personal, non-commercial practice only.

Quizeria reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or attempt security breaches. Banned users lose access to saved history, attempts, and subscription tiers immediately.

Quizeria is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy across all questions and explanations, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime, exam outcomes, or absolute error-free content.
